Now I am too geeked for this one! Ever since I started my Hunger Games Journey back in the 9th Grade, maybe even earlier, I could not get enough of these characters. And let’s face it, I balled my freaking eyes out about RUE! I mean, if you didn’t, you can’t possess a heart. What always reeled me away from the pain was laughing at Haymitch’s behavior. His nonchalant nonsensical attitude was so hilarious. This guy can’t be for real right now, can he? To know we will finally get to get inside the way Haymitch thinks and operates and what exactly made him this way is all but too intriguing to not devour! Are you as ready as I am to find out what happened to this man?
Say You’ll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez release date 04/01/25
I will continue to SCREAM THIS FROM THE ROOFTOPS! ABBY JIMENEZ IS MY FAVORITE AUTHOR OF ALL TIME!!! There, I said it or yet shouted it because I wanted it to be very clear just how much I meant that with my whole chest…as they say it! The way she writes and brings characters to life in humorous situations but deep life meanings in the same breath is beyond me. I don’t know what I’m in store for with this book but I know doubt it’s going to evoke every emotion from me as always.
From what I can tell (MMC) Xavier is like a Greek GOD with a cat that ends up saying the wrong thing to the (FMC)Samantha and she takes it as him being an asshole right out of the gate. Apparently, Samantha likes to prove said assholes wrong until she doesn’t anymore and ends up having a passionate night with him that can’t lead to anything further due to her complicated life. But get this. She wants him to completely forget about her after this! WTF!!!!!
Flirting Lessons Jasmine Guillory release date 04/08/25
Let’s Just Say I’m a sucker for a good flirt session! Does that involve dancing too?

Oathbound by Tracy Deonn(3rd Book in the Legendborn Series) release date 03/04/2025
Now I know this book isn’t technically in April, but it’s close enough and a very much anticipated read!
I’ve started the audiobook for this one recently and this is an experience like never before. There are new characters and so many fresh voices and storylines added to enhance the blood-marked journey of Bree.
The things Bree discovers and chooses in life will keep you on the edge of your seat, wondering wtf has this girl got herself into and how she is going to get herself out of it this time.
Don’t get me started on the love triangle between her, Nick, and Selwyn. I’m so nervous for Selwyn and where this leads him and Bree. Nick, on the other hand, has grown into such a strong and leading character, and I’m here for it. Just go ahead and dive into this one!
Enchantra by Kaylie Smith 04/08/25
I’ve heard so much about the first book in this series, Phantasma. I think I’ve already been won over, but these covers are enticingly spooky.
WOW, the blurb has me all in! Genevieve gets an invitation to this place Enchantra, that is apparently filled with temptations and illusions. One problem she can’t get in. She is persistent and finds a way in just to find out it’s a trick and now she must play a game with this guy Rowan and pretend to be in love to win. Only problem is she is actually starting to maybe love him when she was never supposed to trust her heart. I’m blown away already.
Gold Coast Dilemma: A Novel by Nana Malone release date April 29, 2025
Looks like tradition is going to cause a bit of a tug-of-war with Ofosua Addo’s heart!
She has a magical night with Cole Drake at a publishing party ending in a sparking kiss that can’t lead anywhere because she is a Ghanaian heiress who is already promised to be married soon.
Wonder how this one will end for sure. I love a good rebirth, self-discovery love story.

While I wasn’t a fan of the Twisted Love series, I do feel this one is going to be more my speed personally! This is the fifth book in the King of Sin Series.
